Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client," "you") and Garlic Threat ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our offensive security services and website.

1. Services & Scope

Garlic Threat provides offensive security testing, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments (VAPT), and related advisory services. The exact scope of testing (IP addresses, domains, APIs) will be strictly defined in a mutual Statement of Work (SOW) or Rules of Engagement (ROE) document prior to any active assessment.

2. Authorization to Attack

By engaging our services, you explicitly grant Garlic Threat legal authorization to perform offensive security testing ("hacking") against the defined scope. You warrant that you have the legal right, authority, and consent to authorize testing on all systems, networks, and applications included in the scope.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide necessary access, credentials, and documentation required for testing. You acknowledge that while we take extreme care, offensive security testing carries inherent risks, including potential temporary service disruptions. You agree to back up all systems and data prior to the engagement.

4. Confidentiality (NDA)

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, vulnerability findings, and exploit data discovered during the engagement. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will supersede this clause upon signing.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Garlic Threat, its founders, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Garlic Threat and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
